Communication 101

Never assume anything.  It does not matter how obvious you think your thought or emotion is, nor how obvious you think your partner’s emotion, thought or need is.  Ask. Tell.  The deeper your relationship, the deeper the union you strive for, the more important it is to state the obvious.  Perhaps someday you will be clairvoyant.  Don’t count on it.  It probably isn’t today.
