Pray for healing

Do not simply pray for deliverance of your sins, vices, temptations.  Pray for healing.  Ask to be healed of your impurity, of your resentment, of your anxiety.  Christ desires to heal you, for He desires that you may love, and all these things stifle your ability to love.
